Holistic & Recovery-Informed Nutrition
Food is more than fuel — it’s information, relationship, and care.
Our approach is rooted in holistic nutrition and recovery-informed principles, supporting the nervous system, digestion, emotional wellbeing, and long-term vitality. Rather than focusing on restriction, rules, or “good vs bad” foods, we explore nourishment as a gentle, compassionate practice that meets you where you are. We don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. We have unique needs, changing with seasons, level of activity, etc. we are learning to tune in to the body, accessing/remembering the innate wisdom.
Natural Nutrition recognizes that our relationship with food is shaped by stress, trauma, addiction, culture, and life experience. We work to rebuild trust with the body, listening to its signals and supporting balance through whole, nourishing foods, mindful eating, and practical education — without perfection or pressure.
This work may support:
Nervous system regulation and energy balance
Recovery from addiction, burnout, or chronic stress
Digestive/gut health and inflammation support
Emotional resilience and grounded eating habits
Reconnecting with food as comfort, not control
Mood support
How to support a recovering body
Blood sugar balance
Food Therapy can be woven together with breathwork, sound healing, and embodiment practices, helping nourishment land not just in the body, but in the felt sense of safety and ease.
This is not about dieting. It is about bringing your body into balance.
It’s about remembering how to nourish yourself — kindly, sustainably, and in rhythm with seasons of your life.
Shari is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Govi is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu.
Price of $85 is for a private 1 hr. session. For group classes, please inquire.
